Refund and Returns Policy

At Aviola, your satisfaction matters. We want every shopping experience to be smooth and trustworthy. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order so you understand your rights and our process.


1. Our Commitment to Quality

Every product sold on aviola.store is carefully sourced from verified, authentic suppliers in China, Poland, and the United States. All items are 100% original and quality-checked before dispatch. We stand behind every product we sell.


2. When Returns Are Accepted

We accept returns and issue refunds only in the following situations:

  • You received a defective or damaged item (torn, broken, manufacturing fault)
  • You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered)
  • Your item was significantly different from the product description on our website

We do not accept returns for any other reason, including change of mind or personal preference.


3. Size-Related Returns: Important Notice

Aviola does not accept returns or issue refunds for incorrect size selections made by the customer.

Every product on our website includes a detailed size guide directly in the product description. It is your responsibility as a customer to review this size guide carefully before placing your order. Measurements are provided in centimetres (cm), and a hand-measurement tolerance of 1–3 cm is normal and acceptable.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the size information provided for that product. Aviola will not be held liable for size mismatches resulting from the customer’s failure to consult the size guide.


4. How to Report a Problem

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. To do so:

  1. Take clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the issue (strongly recommended)

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery will not be accepted. We strongly recommend recording your unboxing to protect yourself in the event of a dispute.


5. Return Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

  1. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address
  2. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
  3. Return shipping costs are covered by Aviola for defective or incorrect items
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 3–5 business days

If your return is approved, you will receive one of the following (at our discretion or mutual agreement):

  • Full refund to your original payment method (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, card, etc.)
  • Replacement item of the same product (subject to stock availability)
  • Store credit for future purchases

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items with removed or damaged tags
  • Items purchased during a final sale or clearance promotion
  • Fragrances and perfumes (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
  • Items where the customer selected the wrong size despite the availability of a size guide

8. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement at no charge. Once an order has entered processing or been dispatched to our fulfilment or shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item and would like a different size or variant, please indicate this in your return request. We will do our best to accommodate where stock allows.
