At Aviola, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read this Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect when you shop with us.
1. How We Ship
All products sold on aviola.store are shipped via international air freight. We use air shipping for all orders regardless of origin, ensuring significantly faster transit times compared to sea freight. Products are sourced from three regions:
- China (Asia) — Clothes & Handbags (Asian Premium Brands)
- Poland (Europe) — Shoes (European Brands)
- United States (North America) — Fragrances (Luxury Brands only)
The origin of each product is clearly stated in its product description on our website.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
All delivery times are estimates from the date your order is confirmed and payment is verified. They are subject to customs clearance and any unforeseen logistical delays.

Please note: A processing and dispatch period of up to 72 hours applies to all orders before shipment. This is already factored into the delivery estimates above.
3. Where Orders Are Delivered
3.1 Primary Pick-Up Point
All incoming orders are delivered to our official pick-up point in Dar es Salaam:

Once your order has arrived at our pick-up point, we will notify you via SMS, WhatsApp, or email so you can arrange collection at your convenience.
3.2 Local Delivery (Dar es Salaam & Beyond)
We offer local delivery for customers who cannot collect in person. Local delivery is available upon request and is subject to the following:
- Delivery fee — to be negotiated based on your location within Dar es Salaam or other regions
- Delivery area — coverage and availability depends on your specific location; contact us to confirm before placing your order
- Delivery timeline — local delivery is typically arranged within 1–2 business days of your order arriving at our pick-up point

4. Shipping Costs
International shipping costs (from supplier to our pick-up point) are included in the product price displayed on our website. You will not be charged any additional international freight fees at checkout.
Local delivery fees (from our pick-up point to your address) are agreed separately and will be communicated to you before confirmation.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our supplier, we will provide you with a tracking number or shipment update where available. You can monitor your shipment’s progress and we will keep you updated via WhatsApp or email at key milestones.

6. Customs & Import Duties
Aviola handles customs clearance for all incoming shipments into Tanzania. We take responsibility for ensuring your order clears customs on your behalf. Any applicable import duties or taxes are factored into our operations and are not passed on to the customer as a separate charge.
If you are ordering from outside Tanzania, please be aware that you may be responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes in your country. Contact us at delivery@aviola.store for international shipping enquiries.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Customs clearance processing
- High-volume periods (public holidays, peak shopping seasons)
- Weather events or natural disasters
- Airline or freight carrier delays
- Government restrictions or force majeure events
Aviola will not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a significant delay, we will communicate with you proactively and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
8. Lost or Missing Shipments
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with our logistics partner and provide an update within 3–5 business days.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the logistics provider, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
