It is your responsibility as a customer to review this size guide carefully before placing your order. Measurements are provided in centimetres (cm), and a hand-measurement tolerance of 1\u20133 cm is normal and acceptable.<\/p>\n<p>By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the size information provided for that product. Aviola will not be held liable for size mismatches resulting from the customer\u2019s failure to consult the size guide.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>4. How to Report a Problem<\/h2>\n<p>If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must report it within <strong>48 hours of delivery<\/strong>.
