What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns on most items within 5 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, items from The Aura Collection (lingerie, underwear, bikinis) and The Alchemist Collection (intimate wellness) are final sale and cannot be returned.
