1. About Aviola

Aviola is a fashion e-commerce brand operating as a joint venture between:

• Red Beans LLC — A registered Limited Liability Company in the United States of America. Registered address: 1200 Coffeen Avenue, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA.
• Red Beans Enterprises — Registered in Tanzania. Physical office and customer pick-up point: Mach Hotel, Plot 18 Block Q, Mabula Street, Near Magufuli Bus Terminal, Ubungo District, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Together operating under the brand Aviola | TrueShopping™ at aviola.store.

We source and retail authentic, 100% original fashion products including:

• Clothing & Apparel — sourced from verified suppliers in China (Asia)
• Bags & Accessories — sourced from verified suppliers in Poland (Europe)
• Fragrances & Perfumes — sourced from verified suppliers in the United States (North America)

All products sold on Aviola are authentic and not counterfeit. We do not sell imitations.

2. Eligibility

By using aviola.store, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent to make a purchase
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
• All information provided during the ordering process is accurate and truthful

3. Products & Listings

3.1 Authenticity

Every product listed on Aviola is sourced directly from vetted, authentic suppliers across Asia, Europe, and North America. We guarantee that all items are 100% genuine and original.

3.2 Product Descriptions & Imagery

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. Colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration differences. All size measurements are provided in centimetres (cm); a hand-measurement variance of 1–3 cm is normal and acceptable.

3.3 Size Guides

IMPORTANT: Every product on Aviola includes a detailed and accurate size guide in the product description. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to review this size guide carefully before placing an order. Aviola will not accept returns or issue refunds for orders where an incorrect size was selected by the customer. Do not purchase a product without first verifying the size guide. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the size information provided.

3.4 Stock Availability

Products are subject to availability. In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after payment is confirmed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

4. Ordering & Payment

4.1 Placing an Order

Orders are placed directly through aviola.store. Upon completing your order, you will receive an automated confirmation. This confirmation is an acknowledgment of receipt, not a guarantee of fulfilment, which is subject to product availability and payment verification.

4.2 Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• M-Pesa (Tanzania)
• Airtel Money
• Visa & Mastercard (Credit/Debit)
• Other mobile money options available at checkout

All transactions are secured. Aviola does not store sensitive card details.

4.3 Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of purchase.

4.4 Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement at no charge. Once an order has entered processing or been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +255 716 182 488 or email info@aviola.store.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Summary:

• Products from China: 3–7 business days (includes 72-hour processing)
• Products from Europe (Poland): 10–16 business days
• Products from the USA: 8–14 business days

Product origin is clearly tagged in each product description. Aviola ships primarily to Tanzania. International shipping inquiries can be directed to delivery@aviola.store.

6. Returns & Refunds

Summary:

• Refunds and returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items
• Returns due to incorrect size selection by the customer are not accepted — please verify size guides before ordering
• Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (unboxing video/photos recommended)

7. Intellectual Property

All content on aviola.store — including but not limited to the Aviola logo, TrueShopping™ trademark, product images, copy, and design — is the property of Red Beans LLC / Red Beans Enterprises or their respective licensors. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aviola, Red Beans LLC, and Red Beans Enterprises shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website
• Delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs authorities, or force majeure events
• Losses resulting from customer errors in ordering (incorrect sizes, addresses, etc.)

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. In matters involving international jurisdiction, the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America may also apply with respect to Red Beans LLC. Any unresolved disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Tanzania.

10. Amendments

Aviola reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
